West Region Sales Executive

RapidAir, a leading manufacturer and distributor of compressed air piping systems, is seeking an experienced West Region Sales Executive to drive business development through the acquisition of new direct customers. With a focus on generating leads, advancing the sales process, and closing new business, this role requires strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record of success in industrial sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drives profitable sales growth through new business development efforts.
- Pursues and generates new sales opportunities through data mining, cold-calling, lead follow-up, and networking.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and develop strategic relationships with customers.
- Consultatively determines and recommends products for customer application requirements.
- Assesses the competitive market landscape to recommend growth strategies.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Five years of outside Industrial Sales or account management experience.
- Preferred experience in the architectural building materials or construction industry.
- CRM/Salesforce and sales forecasting experience preferred.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
