West Region Sales Executive

RapidAir, a leading manufacturer and distributor of compressed air piping systems, is seeking an experienced West Region Sales Executive to drive business development through the acquisition of new direct customers. With a focus on generating leads, advancing the sales process, and closing new business, this role requires strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record of success in industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drives profitable sales growth through new business development efforts.
  • Pursues and generates new sales opportunities through data mining, cold-calling, lead follow-up, and networking.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and develop strategic relationships with customers.
  • Consultatively determines and recommends products for customer application requirements.
  • Assesses the competitive market landscape to recommend growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Five years of outside Industrial Sales or account management experience.
  • Preferred experience in the architectural building materials or construction industry.
  • CRM/Salesforce and sales forecasting experience preferred.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
