Position Overview:
This is a Remote Position available to qualified candidates nationwide.

TeamHealth is committed to establishing a premier Recruitment strategy. This role offers the chance to contribute to the evolution of our Recruitment organization and drive innovation within the Clinician Services sector.

The Recruitment Operations Consultant plays a crucial role in enhancing existing recruitment projects and initiatives, focusing on planning, execution, and assessment to achieve desired outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the Recruitment Operations Manager to provide expertise, identify improvement opportunities, and lead the development and implementation of initiatives that support recruitment strategies for both clinical and corporate teams.
  • Working alongside the DEI Director and relevant committees to create strategic DEI recruitment initiatives.
  • Defining project scopes in partnership with Talent Acquisition leadership.
  • Establishing goals and metrics for project completion.
  • Designing and implementing efficient recruitment processes to optimize candidate funnel activities.
  • Creating and delivering comprehensive training materials for recruitment initiatives.
  • Training recruiters on new initiatives and onboarding new hires on recruitment tools and processes.
  • Monitoring recruitment initiatives to ensure quality and consistency in processes and programs.
  • Analyzing existing business processes to identify needs and areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for process improvement.
  • Evaluating and recommending automation tools to streamline business processes.
  • Applying industry-standard methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Developing detailed project plans that outline necessary activities for project completion.
  • Managing schedules and work teams to ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables.
  • Facilitating stakeholder meetings and providing follow-up documentation.
  • Tracking project progress and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Resolving project issues and conflicts as they arise.
  • Implementing quality assurance processes.
  • Managing communications and updates with stakeholders.
  • Maintaining project documentation and files.
  • Enhancing and updating the Recruitment Operations communication channels with relevant resources and information.
  • Providing professional and strategic support to the Recruitment Operations Manager and performing additional duties related to talent acquisition as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to drive projects to successful completion.
  • Experience in recruitment support, project/program management, and marketing is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • This is a Remote Job.

  • Occasional standing, bending, stooping, and reaching.
  • Moderate stress levels.
  • Prolonged sitting and extensive computer use.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
