- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR transactions, including new hire processing, employee data changes, and benefits administration.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Oversee implementation of CMC programs to ensure compliance with various governmental regulations, including EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, and other related Federal and State laws.
- Investigations and Employee Relations: Assist with investigations and formulate responses to government, legal, or internally reported employee relations charges.
- Compensation and Performance Management: Participate in compensation planning, performance assessment, and employee development planning.
- Benefits and Employee Education: Understand and educate employees regarding CMC's benefits, including support of the annual enrollment process.
- Policy Implementation and Communication: Ensure consistent CMC policy implementation and communicate general issues and concerns to the HR Manager.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience in human resources, including a combination of recruiting, employee relations, benefits, training, compensation, or labor relations.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA, Workers Compensation, DOL, E-Verify, and other related Federal and State laws.
- Skills: Strong client-facing skills with a consultative mindset and ability to effectively problem-solve.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
