Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a recruitment resource for our clients, managing candidate experiences and workforce management tasks alongside traditional recruitment duties.
  • Conduct interviews through various mediums (in-person, phone, video) to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, potential, and fit for available roles.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, create/update job descriptions, and input data into our internal systems for distribution among fellow recruiters.
  • Maintain organized and detailed records of candidates and clients within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Utilize various resources, including ATS, job boards, databases, and networking platforms, for effective recruitment.
  • Adhere to strategic recruitment plans and follow the comprehensive processes established to support our recruitment efforts.
  • Build and nurture professional relationships with candidates, developing a pipeline of qualified individuals for future opportunities.
  • Coordinate and confirm interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Review and refine resumes as necessary.
  • Create tailored candidate summaries for client presentations.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including necessary paperwork, background checks, and start date arrangements.
  • Conduct reference checks and document findings as required.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, methods, and best practices in recruitment to enhance knowledge and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; an Associate's Degree with relevant experience will also be considered.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment role is desirable; experience in other recruitment capacities will be taken into account.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and search engines.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, candidates, and clients.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: $48K-$53K
