POSITION SUMMARY:

The Clinical Recruiter position is chiefly accountable for identifying healthcare provider candidates and facilitating their onboarding journey. The Recruiter's primary focus and duties include collaborating closely with provider candidates, coordinating interviews, engaging in negotiations, and initiating the hiring process. The Recruiter is tasked with developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies while managing the staffing requirements for all designated healthcare facilities. This role involves partnering with the Clinician Onboarding Liaison and clinical leadership throughout the onboarding of a provider.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Formulate sourcing and marketing strategies upon receiving notification of a vacancy.
  • Gather initial provider information (Curriculum Vitae, Questionnaire, etc.).
  • Set clear expectations with the provider.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to evaluate provider qualifications and fit.
  • Connect the provider with clinical leadership to assess qualifications and coordinate interviews.
  • Initiate the formal offer and negotiate terms as necessary with the provider.
  • Establish a robust relationship with providers for referrals and enhance the provider experience.
  • Enter and submit Candidate Action Requests in Teamworks.
  • Follow up with the provider after contract signing and after their first shift.
  • Maintain the database with appropriate actions to ensure data accessibility for all recruiters and to minimize external search agency costs.
  • Adhere to division objectives and strive to meet monthly and annual performance indicators.
  • Build rapport with clinical and administrative leadership and ensure accurate reporting tools are maintained at all times.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional recruiting or sales experience with some college education.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Strong decision-making and judgment capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficient computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, database management).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Capability to perform well under deadlines and in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
