Position Overview:
This is a Remote Position available to qualified candidates throughout the United States.
The Recruitment Operations Consultant plays a crucial role in shaping and enhancing our recruitment strategy. This position offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation within the Clinician Services sector, contributing to the evolution of our Recruitment organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Recruitment Operations Manager to provide expertise, identify improvement opportunities, and lead the development and execution of programs to support recruitment strategies.
- Work alongside the DEI Director and relevant committees to establish strategic DEI recruitment initiatives.
- Define project scopes in partnership with Talent Acquisition leadership and establish measurable goals.
- Develop and implement streamlined recruitment processes to enhance candidate engagement.
- Create and deliver comprehensive training materials for recruitment initiatives.
- Facilitate training for recruiters on new initiatives and onboarding for new hires regarding recruitment tools and systems.
- Monitor recruitment initiatives to ensure quality and effectiveness.
- Analyze existing processes to identify areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies for process improvements.
- Evaluate and recommend automation tools to optimize business processes.
- Apply industry-standard methodologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop detailed project plans and manage timelines to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and follow up with notes and action items.
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Resolve project-related issues and conflicts.
- Implement quality assurance processes and manage communications with stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and resources for the Recruitment Operations team.
- Provide strategic support to the Recruitment Operations Manager and assist with other talent acquisition-related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to drive projects to successful completion.
- Experience in recruitment support, project/program management, and marketing is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Work Environment:
This is a remote position with occasional physical demands such as lifting (20 pounds or less), standing, bending, and prolonged computer use. Moderate stress levels may be experienced, along with occasional travel requirements.
