POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Oversees the complete recruitment process, from job advertisement to candidate acceptance.
  • Ensures a robust talent pool for available roles, including temporary staff, contractors, and interns.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and ideal candidate profiles.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Responds to inquiries promptly.
  • Ensures adherence to all legal standards and organizational policies.
  • Conducts regular supervision sessions with team members.
  • Aims for zero turnover in the recruitment division and zero open positions.
  • Brings innovative ideas to team discussions.
  • Participates in regular recruitment meetings to address challenges and gather input.
  • Responsible for filling all new roles in the upcoming fiscal year.
  • Utilizes design tools to create engaging promotional materials.
  • Maintains comprehensive records of personnel contacts and hiring statuses.

Leadership and Strategy

  • Exemplifies outstanding leadership through effective communication and support.
  • Develops and executes recruitment strategies to fulfill organizational staffing needs.
  • Manages the recruitment landing page, ensuring it is dynamic and engaging.
  • Oversees applicant tracking systems to ensure compliance and candidate sourcing.
  • Contributes to monthly meetings to address recruitment requirements.
  • Assists in generating monthly reports for upper management.
  • Recommends budgetary needs and recruitment strategies based on data analysis.
  • Oversees the recruitment budget and vacancy reporting.
  • Engages with new hires during orientation.
  • Conducts training sessions for supervisors on recruitment systems and non-biased screening.
  • Ensures accountability among team members regarding performance objectives.
  • Educates HR on the effective use of digital signing tools.
  • Proposes policy enhancements to align with legal standards.
  • Assists in crafting job descriptions and realistic previews for candidates.
  • Aims to achieve professional HR certification by a specified date.

Non-Traditional Staffing

  • Recruits temporary staff as necessary, focusing on specialized roles.
  • Handles contract negotiations and updates for external partners.
  • Secures cost-effective agreements with staffing agencies.
  • Evaluates agency performance and maintains updated records.
  • Communicates contract details to supervisors for compliance.
  • Ensures removal of inactive agency staff from the system.

Internship Management

  • Maintains records of student placements and hiring statuses.
  • Tracks conversion rates of student interns to full-time employees.
  • Ensures accuracy in job advertisements.
  • Conducts informal interviews and assists in the matching process.
  • Organizes feedback events for student interns.
  • Coordinates recruitment efforts with local educational institutions.
  • Develops relationships with colleges to facilitate recruitment.
  • Trains supervisors on managing student placements.
  • Ensures compliance with funding requirements for non-traditional personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS - HR Coordinator for Talent Acquisition

Education:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field is required.

Experience:

  • Preferred HR certification and a minimum of five years in HR roles.
  • Experience in training and recruitment is advantageous.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift moderate weights and communicate effectively.
  • Proficient in professional writing and documentation.
