POSITION OVERVIEW
- Oversees the complete recruitment process, from job advertisement to candidate acceptance.
- Ensures a robust talent pipeline for vacancies, including temporary staff, contractors, and interns.
- Works collaboratively with hiring managers to establish job specifications and candidate profiles.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Responds to inquiries promptly.
- Ensures adherence to all legal standards and organizational policies.
- Conducts regular supervision sessions with team members.
- Aims for zero turnover in the recruitment department and maintains full staffing levels.
- Brings innovative ideas to team discussions.
- Participates in recruitment meetings to address challenges and gather input from staff.
- Responsible for hiring all new roles as outlined in the annual recruitment plan.
- Utilizes design tools to create engaging promotional materials.
- Keeps detailed records of personnel interactions and hiring statuses.
Leadership and Strategy
- Exemplifies outstanding leadership through effective communication and support.
- Develops and executes recruitment strategies aligned with organizational needs.
- Maintains an engaging recruitment web presence and updates multimedia content regularly.
- Ensures compliance in applicant tracking systems.
- Contributes to monthly meetings to align recruitment efforts.
- Assists in generating reports for executive leadership.
- Provides data-driven recommendations regarding budget and recruitment initiatives.
- Manages the recruitment budget effectively.
- Submits weekly vacancy reports to senior management.
- Engages with new hires during orientation.
- Conducts training for supervisors on recruitment systems and unbiased hiring practices.
- Holds team members accountable for performance metrics.
- Facilitates training on electronic documentation processes.
- Suggests policy enhancements to comply with legal standards.
- Assists in creating job descriptions and realistic previews for candidates.
- Strives for professional certification in HR management.
Management of Non-Traditional Personnel
- Recruits temporary staff as necessary, ensuring a low vacancy rate.
- Handles contract negotiations and compliance documentation.
- Secures favorable terms with staffing agencies.
- Evaluates agency performance and maintains updated records.
- Educates supervisors on contract requirements.
- Ensures timely removal of inactive personnel from systems.
Internship Management
- Maintains records of student placements and their employment status.
- Tracks conversion rates of student interns to full-time employees.
- Ensures accuracy in job postings.
- Conducts informal interviews to facilitate placements.
- Organizes events to gather feedback from student interns.
- Coordinates recruitment efforts with local educational institutions.
- Builds relationships with colleges to enhance recruitment outreach.
- Develops supervisors to take on student interns.
- Ensures compliance with funding requirements.
COMPENSATION:
- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
- Standard work schedule, Monday to Friday.
TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic computer proficiency is necessary for communication and documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS - Talent Acquisition HR Coordinator
Education:
- A Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
Experience:
- Preferred HR certification.
- At least five years of experience in human resources.
- Experience in training and recruitment is advantageous.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift moderate weights.
- Effective communication skills are essential.
- Capable of prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
