Position Overview

The ideal candidate will utilize their expertise in sales to enhance the customer experience in a luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Deliver a distinguished and authentic service that fosters a Modern Luxury shopping experience.
  • Enhance Product Knowledge: Cultivate a deep understanding of product offerings and stay informed about current collections available both in-store and online; disseminate this knowledge to the broader team.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Surpass sales objectives through effective strategies, client engagement, and by establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with both new and existing clientele.
  • Foster Team Collaboration: Promote a culture of teamwork, trust, and cooperation among colleagues, customers, and management.
  • Build Credibility: Establish yourself as a trusted stylist and fashion authority by keeping abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer shopping habits; share insights with customers as appropriate.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of relevant sales experience in a luxury retail setting is preferred. Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive dynamics is essential.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to operate iPads/laptops, Mobile POS, and navigate the Internet.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and team members.
  • Physical capability to navigate the sales floor and meet moderate lifting and climbing requirements.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours to accommodate business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
