Wealth Management Solutions Consultant

Job Overview:

This position is dedicated to engaging with affluent clients whose annual earnings range from $100,000 to $5 million. The role involves assessing client needs, cultivating relationships, evaluating investment objectives, and crafting tailored investment strategies that resonate with the aspirations of both current and potential clients. Key duties encompass utilizing technology to drive business expansion, conducting profiling activities to ascertain a client's investment persona and financial aspirations, establishing a sustainable client portfolio, and facilitating pathways for advisors to advance their careers within the organization. This role is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements, necessitating all employees involved in residential mortgage loan originations to register with the federal registry system and maintain good standing. Non-compliance with SAFE Act registration may lead to disciplinary measures, including termination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customized and insightful guidance to clients through comprehensive reviews and presentations, including evaluating financial objectives and proposing investment advisory strategies.
  • Articulate solutions that align with clients' financial needs, encompassing core banking and investment solutions.
  • Collaborate with Financial Advisor teams to enhance their networks by sharing pertinent market insights and discussing new product offerings.
  • Leverage the full spectrum of resources available within the organization to benefit clients or prospects.
  • Develop and expand a client portfolio to meet and surpass established financial benchmarks, demonstrating the ability to progress as an advisor.
  • Prioritize client inquiries and connect them with suitable internal service providers based on their needs and asset levels.

Advisor Development Program (ADP) Journey:

In this phase of your career, the Wealth Management Solutions Consultant will provide essential training and mentorship through a structured pathway to becoming a successful and independent financial advisor. You will engage with both affluent and high-net-worth clients, identifying their needs, nurturing relationships, evaluating investment goals, and preparing investment recommendations that align with their objectives. This role will equip you with the relationship management skills necessary to thrive in a high-growth practice. From personal branding to managing your own practice, we will ensure you are well-prepared as you evolve in your role. The Wealth Management Solutions Consultant position offers seasoned advisors the chance to pursue a career within the organization.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of Series 7 and 65 licenses (or equivalent).
  • A minimum of two years of experience in the financial services industry or a sales environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • At least one year of experience in the investment sector, including investment training and comprehensive knowledge of investment products and services.
  • A self-starter with effective time management skills.
  • A proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Effective collaboration skills to achieve objectives.
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with all clients.
  • Ability to manage goals, navigate complexities, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to learn, adapt to new information, and seek optimal solutions for clients.
  • Thorough and diligent in incorporating relevant regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term client strategies.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to partner and drive lead generation.
  • Experience balancing investment management, sales activities, and new client development.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field.
  • Possession of additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
  • Obtained insurance licenses.
