Job Title: Senior Enterprise Sales Manager

Position Overview:

  • Lead business expansion initiatives for Merkle by engaging with new client opportunities and spearheading sales efforts for proposals.
  • Establish and nurture a robust sales pipeline that aligns with Merkle's established sales methodologies.
  • Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan through networking and follow-up activities to achieve sales objectives.
  • Evaluate client business objectives, requirements, and current systems to adopt a consultative sales approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and cross-departmental groups to enhance service offerings for clients.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within core service areas.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in consultative sales.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in successfully closing complex solution sales for medium to large enterprises.
  • In-depth understanding of digital consumer experiences, particularly in personalization, site engagement, and commerce.
  • Familiarity with industries related to Merkle's service offerings.

Compensation Details:

The expected base salary range for this role is $136,000 - $219,650, complemented by additional commission opportunities and benefits.
