Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the transportation of intelligence IT equipment to ensure timely and secure delivery
  • Work with customs officials to resolve issues related to worldwide transportation
  • Collaborate with customers and funding personnel to ensure adequate funding for logistics requirements
  • Support logistics management, equipment and spares database management, shipping and tracking, SCRM compliance, and operational spares program management
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining operations documentation, user guides, manuals, and technical publications
  • Develop and maintain a current internal documentation library using multiple word processing and presentation tools
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum six (6) years of relevant experience in logistics management, supply chain coordination, and transportation operations
  • Experience working in a DoD or IC environment is highly desirable
  • Current active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
