Role Summary:

The Senior Consultant in Compensation Services will collaborate with leadership to deliver expert insights into selection processes, performance evaluation, talent management, and succession planning. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation analysis relevant to various compliance projects, including those governed by State, OFCCP, and EEOC regulations. The consultant will be pivotal in delivering Compensation Services consulting to our clients and will guide our internal consulting and product development teams regarding the full spectrum of Compensation Service offerings.

This position necessitates collaboration with clients and/or legal representatives to provide privileged, confidential, and highly intricate statistical operations and interpretations that align with best practices in Industrial/Organizational Psychology as well as the policies and procedures of the client's organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of Berkshire's processes and protocols across all departments.
  • Serve as an internal expert for HR Compensation Services products, assisting Product Development, Sales, AA/EEO, and fellow Consultants.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in statistical operations, including regression analysis, cluster analysis, mediating/moderating modeling, and structural equation modeling (SEM).
  • Oversee project management tasks, including planning, execution, and sharing insights gained.
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships.

Essential Skills:

Research proficiency, analytical capabilities, data interpretation, writing skills, multitasking, project management, effective time management, and a willingness to acquire new skills.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience utilizing SAS, SPSS, R, Python, or other statistical software for descriptive, inferential, and complex statistical analyses.

2. Ability to apply learned concepts to develop practical solutions for both client needs and internal discussions at Berkshire.

3. Documented experience employing statistical methods to assist organizations in making HR-related decisions (Talent Management, Performance Management, Selection, etc.).

Educational Background:

A Master's degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Industrial Organizational Psychology or a related field (e.g., Labor Economics, Statistics, Organizational Development).

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range: $75,000 - $112,000 annually
