Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Planning: Collaborate with customers to plan and forecast sales, and participate in updating territory plans, forecasts, and setting territory sales goals.
  • New Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with customers and develop relationships with influencers and decision makers, uncovering their needs through questions, listening, and observation.
  • Closing Business: Work with customers to define next steps and coach them through the buying process.
  • Ongoing Customer Engagement: Regularly call on customers to gather feedback, review and adjust forecasts and programs as needed, and provide insights about the market, industry, supplier marketing programs, and other opportunities available for customers.
