Regional Sales Director

Uline, Inc., a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in our Richmond, Virginia market.
About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our Allentown, PA-based sales team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts, as well as prospecting for new business opportunities.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $133,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with a 6% employer match, paid holidays, and generous paid time off.

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing accounts to increase revenue and expand our presence in the Richmond market.
- Prospect for new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Become a subject matter expert on our products and services to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, or communications).
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- A valid driver's license and good driving record.
