Business Development Executive

AHT Cooling Systems USA, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of commercial refrigeration solutions. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Northeast sales region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base within assigned channels and territory. They will work closely with national and regional grocery chains, convenience chains, wholesale organizations, and consumer packaged goods companies to strengthen existing relationships and promote our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned channels and territory
- Strengthen relationships with key customers in the commercial refrigeration industry
- Support independent distributors and outside sales organizations in promoting our products
- Collaborate with Product Management to develop new equipment and modify existing products to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with Quality and Service teams to resolve product issues
- Coordinate with Inside Sales to manage customer proposals and service-related issues
- Forecast sales and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of developing new business opportunities
- Familiarity with commercial refrigeration systems and HFC/R290 solutions
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), CRM systems (e.g., Zoho or Salesforce), and project management software
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
Competitive Salary Package:
- We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience
