About the PositionJob Summary

The Service Coordinator - Young Children Ages 3-6 will be responsible for managing the delivery of services to regional center clients, including those with intensive physical or emotional needs. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a field related to developmental disabilities or a Bachelor's degree with three years of employment experience in a field related to developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the clients' service plans
  • Assist clients in using public and private resources before using regional center funds
  • Monitor vendor services and verify that services are delivered in accordance with purchase of service authorizations
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of clients' Individual Program Plans
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in a field related to developmental disabilities
  • OR a Bachelor's degree with three years of employment experience in a field related to developmental disabilities
  • Fluency in a language in addition to English is desirable and may be required
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $59,244 - $65,340 per year, with opportunities for 5% increases annually. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including CalPERS Retirement Plan, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, vacation and sick accrual policies, employee referral reward program, and 15 paid agency holidays per year.
