">About the Job
">We are seeking a skilled Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team in residential group homes. In this role, you will provide essential support and supervision to residents in their daily activities.
">Your Responsibilities
">- ">
- Assist residents in various aspects of daily living, ensuring their comfort and well-being.">
- Document and adhere to individual programs as directed by supervisors, including the Program Administrator, RN House Manager, or licensed staff in charge.">
- Deliver active programming at all times, promoting engagement and development.">
- Maintain adherence to established standards, procedures, and schedules set by your supervisor.">
- Ensure that any suspicions of abuse are reported promptly, in accordance with laws and program policies.">
Requirements

- A valid California driver's license and satisfactory driving history.">
- A high school diploma or equivalent.">
- A valid Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification.">
- Completion of required trainings according to applicable regulations.">
- Prior experience working in programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.">
