Support Services Coordinator for Developmental Disabilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Support Services Coordinator to join our team at the North Bay Regional Center. This role is responsible for providing critical support services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in Napa, Sonoma, and Solano counties.
About UsThe North Bay Regional Center is a nonprofit private corporation that contracts with the Department of Developmental Services to coordinate services and support for individuals with developmental disabilities. Our mission is to empower people with developmental disabilities to achieve their goals and dreams, and we are committed to being a culturally and linguistically competent agency.
Key Responsibilities- Provide intake and ongoing assessments of infants and toddlers eligible for Early Intervention Services under California Early Start program mandates.
- Assist eligible children and their families with the coordination of other resources, including the development of an Individualized Family Service Plan and participation in periodic reviews.
- Provide social service coordination to assist families in accessing services necessary to enhance the development of the child and the capacity of the family to meet the needs of the child.
- A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited university, or a credentialed Speech Pathologist or Nurse with a PHN or PNP certification.
- Three years of experience in working with children in early intervention agencies and resources.
- Possession of a valid California driver's license and minimum legal automobile liability insurance.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
