Job SummaryWe are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our team in supporting young children ages 3-6. This role involves implementing clients' service plans, managing delivery of services, and ensuring Individual Program Plans are pursued. The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting with Lanterman eligibility determination for children under provisional eligibility criteria.
This position requires a Master's degree in a field related to developmental disabilities or a Bachelor's degree with three years of employment experience in a similar field. Fluency in a language other than English is desirable. A valid California driver's license and minimum legal automobile liability insurance are required.
Key Responsibilities- Implement clients' service plans and ensure Individual Program Plans are pursued
- Manage delivery of services to regional center clients with intensive physical or emotional needs
- Assist with Lanterman eligibility determination for children under provisional eligibility criteria
- Evaluate the effectiveness of clients' Individual Program Plans and ensure community resources are available

The salary range for this position is $59,244 - $65,340, with opportunities for 5% increases annually. A bilingual language differential is also offered for those speaking, reading, and writing languages other than English.
