B2B Sales Growth Specialist

We're seeking a skilled B2B Sales Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You will be proficient in navigating complex sales strategies, managing multiple accounts, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and account expansion
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies
- Utilize industry knowledge and market insights to inform sales approaches and stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business environment
- Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, presentation, and closing techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and systems
