Job Overview:

The Regional Sales Development Manager is a key role at Revel Staffing, driving sales and providing innovative solutions for customer needs related to CNC machine tools. This position requires strong customer relationships, product promotion, and exceptional problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with clients.
  • Promote and sell company products, offering technical support as needed.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams for product demonstrations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to review engineering and service issues and identify new sales opportunities (minimum of 25 visits per week).
  • Resolve complex engineering issues at client sites.
  • Submit weekly territory planning and management reports.
  • Participate in semiannual visits to OEM factories in Japan, Germany, Italy, and China.
  • Develop tactical plans to meet annual sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  • Associate's Degree with 5+ years of relevant B2B sales experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Experience in machine tool environments is preferred.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Work Environment: Primarily in an office setting, with periodic exposure to manufacturing environments that may include noise, electricity, chemicals, and heavy machinery.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent travel, vehicle operation, and desk work involving computers and phones.
  • Periodic repetitive movements of the feet, legs, hands, arms, and torso.
  • Occasional bending, squatting, stooping, reaching, and lifting objects.
