Technical Sales Development Manager

INVENSITY GmbH, a leading engineering consultancy services provider, seeks a seasoned sales professional to spearhead business development initiatives.
About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving client acquisition and growth opportunities across various industries.
This hybrid role requires 2-3 days of in-office work at our Detroit office, allowing for a dynamic balance between collaboration and remote work.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic networking plans to engage with decision-makers and promote INVENSITY's services at industry events and conferences.
- Conduct market research to identify potential cooperation partners within the automotive product development sector.
- Analyze existing INVENSITY projects to inform targeted sales efforts and tailor outreach strategies to maximize results.
- Pursue B2B customer acquisition through cold calling, email campaigns, follow-up communications, and other lead-generation methods.
- Collaborate with consulting engineers to understand customers' needs and highlight the value proposition of INVENSITY's services.
- Manage the sales pipeline and process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring seamless transitions and efficient conversions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, sales, marketing, or management.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in generating new business leads through cold calling sales.
- Preferred familiarity with sales tools like Zoom Info.
- Proven track record of persistence and drive in developing new business leads.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a focus on successful prospection meetings.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to identify industry needs, and connect with relevant players.
- Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and their impact on the industry.
- Estimated annual salary: $80,000 - $110,000 based on industry standards and location.
