Sales Growth Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Ironwear. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving new business growth in your assigned region. You will establish strong relationships with customers, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
Main Tasks:
- Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of competitors.
