Territory Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Herc Rentals. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing business relationships with companies and individuals within your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow revenue in your assigned territory through regular visits to customer job sites and offices.
- Develop a network of potential clients and maintain regular contact with them through phone and internet communication.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve desired results and goals.
- Maintain and exceed sales quotas by renting and selling equipment on a consistent basis.
- Understand customer needs and market conditions, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Penetrate customers at the strategic level to diversify the customer base and include industrial, traditional, and non-traditional accounts.
- Support all team members and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience in the heavy equipment and/or construction markets.
- Ability to drive and operate multiple types of vehicles and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.

The salary range for this position is $35,000 - $40,000, plus uncapped commission and a company vehicle.
