Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through daily territory management and visits to customer job sites/offices.
  • Networking and Sales: Develop a list of potential clients and consistently contact them to build relationships and drive sales.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve desired results and goals.
  • Customer Service: Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Understand market conditions and local competitors' pricing to make informed sales decisions.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and support the team's efforts.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of outside sales experience in the heavy equipment and/or construction markets.
  • Education: BA/BS degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration.
  • Skills: Ability to drive/operate multiple types of vehicles and equipment, strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
  • Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 plus uncapped commission and company vehicle.
