Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Business Development Director to join our team at SR Technics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in your region, leading a team of business development directors, and developing and executing strategies to achieve our annual targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead regional business development team to meet or exceed annual order intake, in-year revenue, and profitability targets
  • Develop and execute win strategies for projects, taking into account customer expectations, market pricing, and SR Technics' objectives
  • Coach and mentor regional area business development directors in the team
  • Evaluate the need for consultants in the region and ensure the respective business development director manages existing consultants
  • Represent SR Technics' corporate interest at regional aviation events
  • Own and successfully complete improvement projects as requested by the SVP Business Development
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience
  • Extensive (minimum 10 years) of professional experience in the aerospace MRO business with in-depth knowledge of the engine services business field (preferred)
  • Existing personal network in the business fields
  • Strong business acumen and contract understanding
  • Core competencies in business economics and finance
  • Strong communications, negotiations, and intercultural skills
  • Experienced in dealing with front-end market/customer exposure
  • Master's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of any other language is considered a plus
