Job Summary:

The Executive Vice President of Business Development will be responsible for driving the company's business development strategy in the region. This includes achieving annual regional targets, leading the business development team, and developing a sustainable and strong pipeline in line with the company's targets, business plan, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor the regional area business development directors in the team
  • Lead regional business development team to meet or exceed annual order intake, in-year revenue, and profitability targets
  • Develop the win strategy for any project within the team, taking into account customer expectations, market pricing, and SR Technics' objectives
  • Drive the commercial process together with the Business Development Team to ensure that all stakeholders deliver as per the agreed win strategy and timeline
  • Win new and maintain existing customers, grow third-party business to strengthen SR Technics' market position
  • Evaluate the need for consultants in the region and ensure the respective business development director manages existing consultants
  • Ensure all campaigns are aligned to the SR Technics brand image and reflect the corporate brand to all external stakeholders
  • Represent SR Technics corporate interest at regional aviation events
  • Own and successfully complete improvement projects as requested by the SVP Business Development
  • Constantly maintain the integrity and completeness of information required for customers and projects in the CRM tool

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience
  • Extensive (minimum 10 years) of professional experience in the aerospace MRO business with in-depth knowledge of the engine services business field (preferred)
  • Existing personal network in the business fields
  • Strong business acumen and contract understanding
  • Core competencies in business economics and finance
  • Strong communications, negotiations, and intercultural skills
  • Experienced in dealing with front-end market/customer exposure
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of any other language is considered as a plus
