We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Global Sales and Business Development to join our team at Travel Placement Service. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and leading high-performing sales teams, fostering long-term relationships with clients, and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
- Lead and manage high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the travel industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and building high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
