About the Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President Business Development to join our team at SR Technics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • **Lead Business Development Team**: Lead and manage a team of business development professionals to achieve annual targets and objectives.
  • **Develop Win Strategy**: Develop and implement a win strategy for projects within the team, taking into account customer expectations, market pricing, and company objectives.
  • **Commercial Process**: Drive the commercial process to ensure all stakeholders deliver as per the agreed win strategy and timeline.
  • **Customer Acquisition and Retention**: Win new customers and maintain existing relationships to grow third-party business and strengthen the company's market position.
  • **Consultant Management**: Evaluate the need for consultants in the region and ensure the respective business development director manages existing consultants.
  • **Brand Alignment**: Ensure all campaigns are aligned to the company's brand image and reflect the corporate brand to all external stakeholders.
  • **Event Representation**: Represent the company's corporate interest at regional aviation events.
  • **Improvement Projects**: Own and successfully complete improvement projects as requested by the SVP Business Development.
  • **CRM Management**: Maintain the integrity and completeness of information required for customers and projects in the CRM tool.
Requirements
  • **Senior Leadership Experience**: Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience.
  • **Aerospace Industry Experience**: Extensive (minimum 10 years) of professional experience in the aerospace MRO business with in-depth knowledge of the engine services business field (preferred).
  • **Business Acumen**: Strong business acumen and contract understanding.
  • **Core Competencies**: Core competencies in business economics and finance.
  • **Communication Skills**: Strong communications, negotiations, and intercultural skills.
  • **Front-End Market Exposure**: Experienced in dealing with front-end market/customer exposure.
  • **Education**: Master's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • **Language Skills**: Fluent in English, knowledge of any other language is considered a plus.
