Human Resources Development Specialist

At Jack Link's, we're committed to becoming a Destination Employer, and we're looking for a talented Human Resources Intern to help us achieve this goal. As a member of our HR team, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple disciplines of Human Resources, including Talent Management, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS Systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the delivery of learning and development programs, including coordination, communication, and evaluation.
- Assist with the annual talent review and succession planning process.
- Partner with Sr. Recruiters to learn the candidate evaluation and hiring process.
- Investigate and make recommendations on current and future digital candidate communication and advertising.
- Work with HR leaders and IT partners to identify areas of improvement in our Human Resources technology.
- Make recommendations on how we can further enhance our candidate experience.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- In third year of an undergraduate program and planning to return to your degree program post-internship.
- Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize appropriate tact and integrity.
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools/programs.
