Flight Operations Coordinator

Aero Air, LLC is in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Flight Operations Coordinator. This full-time role involves overseeing and managing flight logistics, ensuring that all necessary arrangements for crew members and passengers are executed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate travel logistics for crew and passengers, including air travel, ground transportation, accommodations, and catering services.
- Address travel-related issues and conflicts, providing timely solutions and alternative arrangements as needed.
- Prepare comprehensive itineraries and supply pertinent information and documentation to crew members and relevant departments.
- Monitor flight schedules and assist in managing crew timetables.
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, documenting and responding to each appropriately.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, billing, and transactions, collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Establish and nurture professional relationships with customers through various communication channels.
- Ensure consistent and reliable attendance.
- Complete pre-employment drug screening and background checks successfully.
- Comply with all company policies and standards of conduct.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Strong ability to multi-task and solve problems effectively.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and listening capabilities.
- Prior experience in customer service is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels within the organization.
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on building productive relationships.
- Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Capability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Experience as a Flight Coordinator.
- Background in the travel or aviation sector.
- Knowledge of Part 135 aviation regulations.
- Familiarity with charter services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds.
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and climb stairs as needed.
- Finger dexterity and hand strength for various tasks.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
