Job Overview

Aero Air, LLC is in search of a dedicated Flight Operations Coordinator to enhance our aviation services. This role involves overseeing the preparation, updates, and dissemination of flight information to our flight crews and internal personnel.

Key Responsibilities
The Flight Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating travel logistics for crew members and passengers, which includes arranging air travel, ground transportation, hotel bookings, and catering services.
  • Addressing travel-related issues and conflicts for crew members, ensuring timely alternative arrangements are made.
  • Creating detailed itineraries and providing necessary information and documentation to crew members and relevant departments.
  • Monitoring flight schedules and assisting in crew management.
  • Effectively managing a high volume of calls, ensuring accurate documentation and appropriate follow-up actions.
  • Maintaining precise records of all bookings, billings, and transactions, collaborating with other departments for seamless record management.
  • Building and nurturing professional relationships with customers through various communication channels.
  • Ensuring consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Completing pre-employment drug screening and background checks successfully.
  • Adhering to all company policies and standards of conduct.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Capability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with the following will be given preference:

  • Previous experience in a Flight Coordinator role.
  • Background in the travel or aviation sector.
  • Knowledge of Part 135 aviation regulations.
  • Familiarity with charter services.

Education and Experience Requirements
Applicants must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum age of 18 years.

Physical Requirements
This position may require:

  • Extended periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • The ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing stairs.
  • Finger dexterity and hand strength for various tasks.
  • Specific vision abilities, including close and distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.
