Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Administrator to join our team at Fluor. As a key member of our site services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and the delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to project teams, including managing office space, office services, field accounting, timekeeping, payroll, and human resources functions.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and prioritize complex projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet critical deadlines.
  • Personnel Management: Manage personnel and provide an environment for the development and professional advancement of staff members, including on-the-job and formal training, development opportunities, and timely performance feedback.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Education: Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study.
  • Experience: Sixteen (16) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to twenty (20) years if non-degreed.
  • Skills: Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines, ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
  • Other: Acquire a local business license, establish contact and develop relationships with local community agencies, coordinate and develop the relocation policy with project management and human resources.
