Position Title: Senior Administrative Assistant

Role Summary:

FST Technical Services, established in 1984, is dedicated to addressing the demands of the expanding Semiconductor/Microelectronics and Life Sciences sectors. We act as a reliable intermediary between our clients and their subcontractors, ensuring that installation methods meet internal specifications and adhere to regulatory standards.

As a pivotal partner in various services including QA/QC, Equipment Services, Technical Staffing, Project Management, and Testing Services, we support our clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring complete compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Management: Oversee high-level database operations and maintain accuracy.
  • Excel Proficiency: Utilize advanced Excel skills or equivalent database management expertise.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Training Leadership: Conduct program training sessions effectively.
  • Administrative Support: Execute diverse administrative and project-related tasks to assist individuals or teams.
  • Problem Solving: Employ sound judgment to address moderately complex issues.

Deliverables:

  • Office Management:
    • Ensure adequate office supplies and materials are available.
    • Facilitate employee office setups, relocations, and transfers.
    • Assist in the preparation of presentations and communications.
    • Maintain accurate contact lists and communication records.
  • Meeting Management:
    • Organize, coordinate, and participate in meetings, documenting minutes.
    • Support communication objectives through effective meeting scheduling.
  • Data Management:
    • Assist in tracking and reporting various indicator programs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative support role.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities; proficient in office software applications.
