Business Development Manager

At Labelmaster, we are a leading provider of innovative solutions for the safe transportation and handling of hazardous materials. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive sales growth in the chemical industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with our executive team to develop and implement business strategies. They will also be responsible for evaluating current business performance and identifying areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales growth success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a deep understanding of the chemical industry and the ability to navigate complex sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the chemical industry
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Collaborate with executive team to develop and implement business strategies
- Evaluate current business performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets
Requirements:
- 5+ years of business development or account management experience
- 3+ years of experience selling to the chemical industry
- Proven track record of sales growth success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of the chemical industry
