Sales and Business Development Manager

Option Care Health is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic business plans to achieve revenue and margin objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including operations, sales teams, and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and lead consultative sales discussions.
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and sales data to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in business-to-business healthcare sales leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA in Business Administration with at least 4 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience.
- Prior experience selling strategic solutions to hospitals, health systems, and medical groups.
- Infusion/healthcare service experience in therapeutic areas such as anti-infective, nutrition, immunology/neurology, oncology, or transplant.
