Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Development Associate at LMI Baton Rouge. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about giving back to the community and is eager to contribute across multiple business functions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and oversee the operational activities of our clients, ensuring all processes run efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with management to develop and deliver an exceptional customer experience that effectively represents our clients' charitable missions.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improving profitability and client outcomes.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategic plans to support client growth and operational excellence.
- Coach and train new team members on client and charity education, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality service.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide detailed reports to the Business Development Manager to support continuous improvement.
- Excellent Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, management, customers, and clients at all levels.
