Job Summary:

As a Business Development Manager at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., you will be responsible for developing profitable business in security services in an assigned area or business segment. This involves utilizing appropriate marketing and sales methodologies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to assess their satisfaction with our services and identify additional business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales
  • 2+ years of experience in business-to-business sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance data and inform business decisions
