Job Description

At Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, we are seeking a talented Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, identifying business growth opportunities, and driving sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain positive, credible relationships with our customers, based on trust and understanding of their business needs.
  • Business Growth: Identify and develop business growth opportunities for our customers, and create customized plans to drive incremental sales.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including visit notes, sales data, and customer feedback.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, and consistently achieve results in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze and understand data, and proficiency in using mobile devices and online communication techniques.
  • Experience: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
