About the Role

We are looking for an Event Marketing Coordinator to enhance our outreach by organizing and participating in events within the Baltimore DC Metro area. In this capacity, you will serve as a representative of our brand, increasing awareness about our services while managing and attending these events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan events across the Baltimore and DC Metro regions.
  • Manage and attend activation events at our clinics during evenings and weekends.
  • Organize events on a rotating weekend schedule, collaborating with local community organizations to enhance brand visibility.
  • Design and facilitate engaging customer experiences.
  • Elevate our brand by orchestrating high-touch events.
  • Previous experience in marketing events or conference planning is preferred.
