Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Market Segment Leaders, Client Managers, and technical experts to evaluate go/no-go decisions, capture planning, and develop winning strategies.
  • Oversee the entire proposal preparation lifecycle, including local and state proposals, design-build submissions, technical documents, and oral presentations.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate standards for a consistent and professional presentation of all marketing materials.
  • Craft supporting sales documents such as project descriptions, resumes, service overviews, and executive summaries.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to guarantee compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery of proposals and marketing collateral.
  • Assist business development teams with market research, competitor analysis, and client insights.
  • Represent the firm professionally with partners and at networking events.
  • Manage multiple proposal efforts and teams across diverse markets and service areas.
  • Organize marketing resources for efficient access and use.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Graphics, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in producing proposals and managing proposal processes within the A/E/C sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & Teams).
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly InDesign and Acrobat Pro.
  • Familiarity with database/CRM systems, especially Deltek Vision, is advantageous.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
