Position Overview
The Marketing Support Associate plays a crucial role in aiding the marketing team's objectives, overseeing workflow processes, and enhancing the creative contributions of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Address requests for marketing materials, collaborating with the Marketing Manager and Director to ensure timely fulfillment.
  2. Contribute to content creation that bolsters our brand visibility across digital and print platforms.
  3. Review marketing materials to ensure consistent messaging aligns with targeted audiences.
  4. Update presentation materials, ensuring they reflect the latest data, accurate contact details, and adherence to brand standards.
  5. Maintain contact records in CRM systems and other databases, including tracking opt-out and privacy requests.
  6. Log requests, projects, and tasks in marketing tracking systems, documenting necessary approvals and maintaining comprehensive records.
  7. Assist with updates to the Intranet as required.
  8. Support the organization and management of files for the marketing team.
  9. Monitor changes in regulatory language affecting marketing materials.
  10. Coordinate with print vendors, manage inventory of branded materials, and perform various administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing, meeting scheduling, and assisting with onboarding new hires.

Qualifications

  1. Familiarity with project management, media production, and communication techniques.
  2. Understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing trends, and effective copywriting and editing practices.
  3. Basic knowledge of marketing services and the financial sector.

Education and Experience

  1. Required: Associate's degree in Marketing or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Required: At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Technical Skills

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  2. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
