As the Senior Lead, Brand Marketing for Women's Training, you will oversee all marketing initiatives related to the Under Armour Women's Training consumer. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Women's Training and will develop consumer-centric, audience-focused go-to-market strategies. Your primary goal will be to enhance brand visibility and drive sales through a comprehensive consumer journey that fosters consideration and loyalty among Women's Training consumers.
Your Impact- Develop a robust marketing strategy and create comprehensive plans in collaboration with key marketing partners, ensuring authenticity and credibility in the Women's Training category while driving consumer engagement and achieving sales targets.
- Act as the voice of the consumer and a thought leader, specializing in Women's Training throughout the long-term planning and seasonal go-to-market processes.
- Lead and influence marketing initiatives on behalf of the category and brand.
- Bring a data-driven perspective to the strategy and planning process, utilizing insights from past experiences, consumer research, and market analysis.
- Collaborate with product partners early in the go-to-market process to provide strategic insights on innovation and product offerings.
- Work with Brand Creative teams to establish creative positioning and develop marketing strategies that enhance brand recognition and drive conversions.
- Define and lead overall planning, aligning brand initiatives such as positioning, messaging, and communications across all channels with a focus on the category consumer.
- Build and execute the integrated marketing plan for the North American market, from strategy to activation.
- Communicate category strategies and perspectives to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Manage budgets effectively and implement marketing best practices, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and initiatives.
- Oversee the development of specialists and interns as applicable.
- Foster a culture of mentorship within the extended team.
- Extensive experience in developing go-to-market plans, including consumer insights, positioning, and strategy.
- Deep understanding of the consumer journey.
- Ability to convey a senior-level presence and confidence in business acumen.
- Knowledge of global and regional market dynamics.
- Strategic, curious, and ambitious mindset.
- Consumer-focused and brand-enhancing approach.

- 7+ years of relevant marketing experience in a dynamic, consumer-oriented environment.
- Location: Must reside within commuting distance from the office.
- Return to Work Designation: Hybrid work model with three days in-office and the remainder remote.
- Travel: Minimal travel required, approximately 5-10% annually.
