Position Overview
The Affiliate Marketing Associate plays a pivotal role in advancing the objectives of the marketing division, overseeing workflow processes, and enhancing the creative output of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Address inquiries for marketing resources and collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Director to monitor and fulfill these requests.
  2. Contribute to content development that bolsters our brand visibility across digital and print platforms.
  3. Review marketing materials to ensure consistency in messaging to targeted audiences.
  4. Oversee updates to presentation materials, ensuring they reflect current data, accurate contact details, and adherence to brand standards.
  5. Maintain contact information in CRM systems and other databases, including tracking opt-out and privacy requests.
  6. Log requests, projects, and tasks into marketing tracking systems; document approvals from management and compliance, maintaining comprehensive records.
  7. Assist with updates to the Intranet as required.
  8. Support the organization and management of files for the marketing team.
  9. Monitor changes to regulatory language in marketing materials.
  10. Coordinate with print vendors, manage inventory of branded materials, and handle various administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoicing, meeting coordination, marketing fulfillment, and onboarding support.

Qualifications

  1. Familiarity with project management, media production, communication techniques, and dissemination methods.
  2. Understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing trends, copywriting, editing standards, and brand guideline application.
  3. Basic knowledge of marketing services and the financial sector.

Education and Experience

  1. Required: Associate's degree in Marketing or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  2. Required: At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Technical Skills

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  2. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
