Job DescriptionAs a key member of the Jimmy Ramirez - State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will work closely with the agency departments to provide prompt and accurate customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting relevant products and services to customers, based on their needs and preferences. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively relate to customers and provide them with a positive experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Identify opportunities to promote relevant products and services to customers, based on their needs and preferences.


Requirements:
  1. Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably with a focus on relationship-building.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
