Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative with Right Hire Consulting LLC, you will play a key role in helping businesses save money on payment processing services. Your primary responsibility will be to sell merchant services and payment processing solutions to businesses of all sizes. This role offers a lucrative incentive for your sales efforts, with a lifetime royalty commission for every new business signed on.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify potential businesses to introduce merchant services and payment processing solutions.
Conduct sales presentations to effectively communicate the benefits and cost-saving advantages of our services to potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Negotiate pricing and terms to secure new business contracts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation processes for new clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position our services in the market.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Self-motivated and driven to succeed with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Familiarity with merchant services, payment processing, or related industries is a plus.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or business is a plus.
