Join Intuit's Corporate Strategy and Development Team as a Senior Manager specializing in strategic growth initiatives. As a Strategy Manager, you will be an integral part of project teams, crafting impactful strategies and actionable plans for Intuit and its various business segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of significant strategic initiatives and provide creative, actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with mid-level and senior business partners to facilitate joint problem-solving.
  • Conduct thorough quantitative and qualitative analyses on core strategic challenges through research and interviews with customers and experts.
  • Engage with key stakeholders across Intuit's business units to formulate recommendations and drive impactful results.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and strategic plans to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA is highly preferred.
  • Experience with a leading strategy consulting firm or a respected strategy function within a reputable company is preferred.
  • Exceptional quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem-solving, and strong business acumen.
  • Ability to lead and support teams, demonstrating a commitment to the success of business unit partners.
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal), presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Interpersonal skills that foster trust-based relationships with colleagues and business unit partners.
  • Willingness to embrace a culture of constructive feedback and personal development.
  • A passion for excellence and a desire to make a significant impact.
  • Highly self-motivated, with a proactive approach to leadership within projects.
