We are in search of a Senior Program Manager to spearhead and expand the Technology Alliances Program team at Intuit, while executing vital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
In this capacity, you will take charge of designing and implementing intricate technology programs across the Intuit integrations platform. Your role will involve establishing and refining program management best practices, as well as fostering communication and collaboration throughout the organization to guarantee the successful execution of high-impact programs.

Core Duties:
- Lead the implementation of the technology alliances program strategy, working closely with Business and Technology leaders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop multi-year, multi-phase program roadmaps for significant technology partnerships, ensuring precise scope definition and successful alignment among contributing teams.
- Collaborate with partnership management, integration product management, and product development leadership to identify program advantages and assess short- and long-term trade-offs.
- Create program charters and define comprehensive program plans that cover all stages of planning, implementation, production readiness, go-to-market strategies, and support.

- Establish cross-functional program frameworks and promote collaboration and coordination among diverse stakeholders.
- Communicate program status, progress, and relevant insights across all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to senior executives.
- Identify, differentiate, and prioritize critical program challenges, driving the necessary decisions and actions to maintain momentum and ensure program success.

- Monitor and manage program execution, addressing risks and interdependencies to guarantee timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
- Define, promote, and implement organization-wide processes to enhance operational models.
- Anticipate, recognize, and navigate resistance or setbacks independently, managing potential conflicts, fostering alignment, and finding common ground to encourage understanding of diverse perspectives while ensuring successful program closure and collaboration.

- Provide consistent leadership, demonstrating the ability to navigate uncertainty, change, and accelerated timelines in a rapidly evolving company and business landscape.
- Cultivate a culture of teamwork while establishing program operating rhythms and leading cross-functional meetings.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience.
- Over 10 years of program management experience, including more than 8 years leading multiple complex technology-focused programs.
- Proven success in delivering results through cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, while managing complex details effectively.

- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels—from technical specifics to executive-level summaries.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities, with a proven track record of leveraging these relationships to achieve optimal team outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams across various locations.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively to define and implement organization-wide processes.
- Experience with SaaS technologies and/or a proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technology initiatives.
