Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Technical Program Manager to join our team at Intuit. As a key member of our Technology Operating Rhythm team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and improving operational efficiency across our 6000-person Technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evolving the Technology Operating Rhythm: Develop and improve the Technology Operating Rhythm, including setting strategy and expectations, building capability, monitoring performance, inspiring employees, and instilling accountability.
  • Facilitating Strategic Initiatives: Drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including facilitating and driving operating mechanisms to achieve operational excellence for our products and services.
  • Executive-Level Presentations: Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and content to be used by the CTO in board meetings, CEO Staff meetings, and other forums.
  • Narrative Development: Develop narratives that highlight the outcomes delivered across the Technology ecosystem and their connection to strategy.
  • Strategic Program Management: Define and/or lead strategic programs that are often nascent and/or ambiguous.
Requirements:
  • Partner with Senior Leaders: Partner with the CTO and key stakeholders across the Technology ecosystem to identify and implement improvements to the Technology Operating Rhythm.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Experience in using structured approaches to simplify complex problems and develop data-backed solutions, combining creativity with a keen business sense.
  • Operational Excellence: Has used an understanding of strategy, business, and operational performance to improve operations in a way that delivers better customer experiences, growth, or efficiency.
  • Ownership and Influence: Ability to develop a clear point-of-view and influence executives persuasively, including helping executives think differently.
  • Change Leadership: Experience with leading significant change at scale across a large organization, including acting as a catalyst to accelerate outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10+ Years of Experience: 10 or more years in business operations, program management, strategy, consulting, or communications, ideally in the technology domain.
  • Technical Expertise: A broad understanding of technology and software development, either through a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or through equivalent practical experience.
